A small, function-organised team — not a sales aggregator
Buyers approaching a new refractory supplier reasonably want to know there is a real team behind the catalogue — not a contact form pointed at an outsourced call centre. firebrickssource.com is staffed by Agochar Tech LLP employees working out of Rajkot, organised into four functional groups: sales (export-facing), technical (applications and engineering), production (QC and dispatch, embedded with the manufacturing floor), and documentation (export paperwork, FIEO compliance, customs liaison). Every enquiry that arrives is routed within minutes — quote requests go to sales, technical queries go to applications engineers, sample dispatch goes to production, and shipping documents are issued by the documentation desk. We deliberately keep the team lean enough that the salesperson you spoke to last month answers the phone this month as well; we also keep it deep enough that an applications-level technical conversation about slag chemistry, RUL behaviour or anchor design happens with someone who has actually stood next to a tunnel kiln. How we're organised

Sales (export)
Two senior sales managers covering international time zones. Languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati. First point of contact for new buyers — quote scoping, Incoterm choice, payment-term negotiation, follow-up.
Technical (engineering)
Applications engineers with hands-on familiarity across cement, steel, glass and petrochemical refractory linings. Spec verification, datasheet support, failure-mode discussion and alternative-grade recommendations sit here.
Production
QC and dispatch team embedded directly with the manufacturing floor. They sign off batch tests (AP, BD, CCS, RUL, PLC), supervise palletising and container stuffing, and resolve any pre-shipment quality query at source.
Documentation
Export documentation, FIEO compliance, customs clearance liaison and shipping-line coordination. Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, mill test certificate and bill of lading — all issued from a single desk.

Signs off every batch's test report and the pre-shipment inspection. Manages packing, palletisation and container stuffing at the Rajkot works.
