Structure of a firebrickssource.com refractory datasheet
Each PDF datasheet follows the same one- or two-page structure: product name and grade reference; standard size; certified property values for Al₂O₃, SiO₂, Fe₂O₃ and other oxides; apparent porosity, bulk density, CCS, RUL, PLC and PCE; maximum service temperature; typical applications; and the IS / ASTM / EN test methods used. Values are typical certified results — the production batch values shipped against your PO ship as a separate Certificate of Analysis. See testing standards for the methods behind each line on the datasheet.

Beyond the datasheet
From datasheet to PO
A datasheet tells you whether a refractory grade is in the right ballpark — chemistry, temperature, density. To confirm it fits your application, three more steps usually follow: review the testing standards the values are measured against, run a side-by-side check against alternative grades using the comparison tool, and confirm export terms on the Incoterms page before raising the PO.
